We shortly opening the NLR99 server for the first persons to test.
Also some players will get more priviledges to help Spawn the world.
A team of 5 staff members is very busy at the moment creating the new static files for the server. So A NLR99 patch will come out soon.
Most Developers have less time like myself. So We opened a bug tracker specialy for players to add new bugs or add ideas they have making NLR99 even better. Like this we can focus the time we have in realy fixing bugs instead of searching for them. This will also be our counter for the most active testers which will get a very special reward in the end. You can find the bugtracker here.
Sweex will shortly make some screenshots of the new statics which we can show all of you.
The first test group will shortly get an email with the server details!
Regards,
Administrators of Neverlands Reborn

Today we had a 30 minute downtime to install a new network card.
We hope this reduce the lag some European players had.

Recently there has been a huge surge of requests for Multi-IP permission from Cyber Cafes. As our player base has not increased, we are lead to believe that this permission is being abused.
Until further notice, we will NOT be allowing any further Multi IP requests for Cyber Cafes.

Greetings,
Lately our counselors have been getting a lot of attitude from players, who seem to believe that they can talk back to, swear at, disregard, them. It stops now.
Let me make one thing clear. Counselors ARE staff, and thus will NOT be treated like garbage, nor disregarded. If a counselor tells you to do something, YOU DO IT. If you disagree; then you can go to a higher staff. However you follow their orders initially.
Should you choose an alternate path, you will lose your playing privileges for a selected period.
Regards,
Decius

Greetings Neverlands,
Due to several issues on Neverlands, it has become very difficult for merchants to operate. This coupled with the continued issue of ineffective guardzones has made their trade nearly impossible.
Because of this I have decided to re-open the Nexus for trading purposes. It will remain open until further notice.
Allow me to re-cap the rules:
-No stealing,
-No attacking (sparring included),
-Essentially no activities that would make you grey/red.
The punishment for breaking these rules will be anywhere from a 3-5 day jail, depending on how heinous the act is. Please govern yourself accordingly.
Thanking you in advance for your cooperation,

Greetings players of Neverlands,
As you all are aware, Neverland’s does not tolerate any AFK behaviour on the server whatsoever. In the past we have aimed the punishment at removing you from the game for an extended period of time, however all this is doing is reducing our player base and creating a high jail list.
Going forward we will re-aim the punishments at removing the skill gained without proper attention. Effective Immediately, the punishments are as follows:
- 1st Offense: 1 Day Jail,
- 2nd Offense: 2 Day Jail + 50% Skill Removal,
- 3rd Offense: 5 Day Jail + 100% Skill Removal,
- 4th Offense: 7 Day Jail + 100% Skill Removal,
- 5th Offense: Ban.
As always the skill removed will be based on the discretion of the checking GM. If it is not obvious, you are liable to lose any skill.
NOTE: Absolutely NO macro counts will be removed. If you suffered a 1st AFK on the old system, you will continue on the new system. If you lost a skill on the old system, you will NOT have it returned. Based on the notes of those currently jailed, we will slowely release. Once again *NO SKILLS* will be returned. Do not page asking for such.
I trust that all of you will respect our rules and govern yourself accordingly. If this system proves unaffective; we will go back to a harsher system. Once again; govern yourself accordingly.
Regards,
Decius

We have decreased the duration between saves to 30 minutes. We hope this eases some of the pain of the crashes until we are able to upgrade our core.
All the best,
Decius

Dear players,
Sorry for de delay of NLR99. Yes 99 not 98. pol99 has better memory support then pol98.
Most developers found some time in their busy real life schedule. And we are back in business.
Necrocide is setting up a test server, so we can start deco and spawn NLR99. And test it for any bug we can find.
After that we open the test server for the people that signed in for it in December.
I will keep you guys up to date.
Regards,
Head Developer Battousai
