Update: After various tests it seems its not the hardware router that is causing lag for some. Our last guess is the ISP the server is running on have trouble routing to some parts of the world. So the next step is to see if we can host the server on a central location where the routing is good for everyone. Please stay tuned, we wont give up before this problem is fixed.
