Is it beter to train anatomy with jewel or with out??? While sparing/simple macro

when you spare you gain anat.if you spare and useskill anat,you will gain faster.
never tried to train with jewels on,but people told me it's little difference,if any.
remember not to be inside a house when ur raising it.

Not always true... Magery gains faster without jewel, even if you success more while wearing a jewel.

From my experience boats are the same as houses.. not 100% sure tho.

Well, how can you spar both with healing and anat if it stops the healing process?

Its the best to train anatomy without jewel, outside house, macroing it on target while sparring. Anatomy is blocking with jewel.

immediately after healing you can anat,and immediately after anat you can heal.just make so that damage will make you able to heal your sparring partner.

Well most of the time it'd stop the heal, even when I do it after or before the healing..
I mean, with using UOloop, the heal process always get interrupted by anatomy.
