I would advise you all to take some time to re-review the rules.  I am going to re-iterate this issue, as it has come up quite a bit in recent times.

Section 3.1 of the Rules Page states:

“As stated previously it is difficult for staff to replace items/skills.  NL has taken a BLANKET approach to this, and has decided to follow in the foot steps of other MMORPGS.  Although each case will be handled on a case-by-case basis; staff will NOT be replacing items on the whole. As always the purpose of reporting a bug is for staff to correct it.  If you fail to report it out of anger, spite, you only run the risk of succumbing to it again. ”

Neverland’s Staff appreciates how “unfair” this may seem, and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Please work with us to remove such bugs/issues from Neverlands.

Today we experinced some problems with connection to the shard. It seems like our IP was routed to another server located at LeaseWeb. We have therefore changed IP to: 85.17.167.140

If you’re using uo.neverlandsreborn.org everything is fine. (DNS will update shortly)

We are experiencing some technical difficulties rebooting the server due to an in game error.  The server will be back up as soon as we are able to correct the issue.

Greetings Neverlands,

As you have noticed we are experiencing a period of instability and crashes. Our RAM showed no errors; which lead us to believe that the issue resides in POL095’s core. 

Unfortunately POL095 is no longer supported by the POL team, which means we will simply have to hold out until we are able to implement the new 098 core.

If/when crashes occur we will do out best to bring the shard back up as soon as possible.

As of December 21st 2009, the act of Reskilling has been de-criminalized and is no longer illegal. 

There are plenty of ways to avoid being res-killed, use them. 

Note:  Although the rule has been removed, there is still a fine line between reskilling and harassment/ruining gameplay for another character.  Please tread carefully.
